I made sure that all the fittings and hat sections were all in their proper place prior to installing the bumpers. You will end up taking the tank out a bunch of times and each time the bumpers get a little banged up so I made sure all my mods were done to the outboard Rib #2 for the fittings prior to installing the padding. I'll use the thicker grey material I used on the LH wing for the big gap between the outboard end of the tank and rib #2. I'll let the glue cure prior to installing the tank.
